Dear Employer,
I have graduated this month (July '08) from Lancaster University, UK, with a degree in Accounting and Finance. I am looking to live and work in Sicily as I would like to experience a new culture an learn a new language. I have recently taken an Intensive Italian Language course through my university. I am bi-lingual, and speak both English and Greek fluently. I have worked during my University holidays for an electrical company and I installed sound and lighting systems, satellites and various equipment. I promoted the company, managed the shop frequently, and served customers regularly. This employment taught me to be punctual and to be trustworthy. I was often responsible for the shop and the finances. I learned good customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team. I am a confident, open individual, eager to learn and constantly striving to improve. I have an interest in the business sector and am keen to learn more about the financial industry. I was often made project manager for courseworks throughout my time at university and acquired good leadership skills and the capability of organizing a group and meeting deadlines. I would love the opportunity to work in Sicily and would enthusiastically learn new trades. Thank you for considering my application.
