House is near Grotta Perfetta and takes only 10 minutes to reach the Laurentina Metro Station by bus. There are other buses that connect to the centre of the city.

The room has all basic amentities and you can use the kitchen that is well equipped. A TV is available for your entertainment and the room that is for rent is air conditioned as well. There is a private covered parking facility.

There is a supermarket nearby and also a bar if you would like to have food outside.
