Help needed in exchange for short term accomodation (Provincia d'Arezzo)

I need help...my house is a mess and I have no idea how to get things organised. I have clothes, toys and work documents EVERYWHERE (not unclean, just unorganised). We live in the Tuscan countryside near Arezzo and I'd like to offer the right person accomodation in a seperate bedroom with ensuite (downstairs away from kids) including meals in exchange for your help/assistance with the kids and help with organising my domestic life. This is not a full time arrangement , I only need someone for a few weeks, maximum a month. You will have to organise your travel here and I can take you to wherever you need to go to catch trains and buses..
You must be 100% fluent in English and have had some experience.
